How do I use Pinke for the first time?

Start by exporting a statement from your bank (CSV, PDF, or Excel) and uploading it on the home page. Pinke parses the data, builds a transaction timeline, and shows you insights about your spending and income.

Which file types and banks are supported?

Pinke works with CSV, PDF, and Excel exports from most banks. If your file doesn’t work yet, you can send us a sample and we’ll add support for that format.

What happens after I upload a statement?

We detect the format, extract transactions, and enrich them with categories and basic analytics. You can then review, adjust categories, and save the analyzed file to your workspace.

Can I keep different versions of an analysis?

Yes. Each time you save, Pinke creates a separate analyzed file with the name you choose. That way you can experiment with different category setups or time ranges and compare the results later.

What about my data?

Yes. You stay in control of your data. At any time you can go to your profile page to delete your uploads, analyses, and account data. When you delete them, we remove the files, derived analysis, and related metadata from Pinke.
